There are no restrictions on the maximum DC current for any number of consecutive I/O pins for Arria® 10 devices.

Arria® 10 devices conform to the VCCIO Electro-Migration (EM) rule and IR drop targets for all I/O standard drive strength settings—ensuring reliability over the lifetime of the devices.
