5.11.2. Power Measurement

You can insert a DC1613A Linear Dongle into the J28 connector to collect voltage, current, and wattage. 24-bit differential ADC devices are used to measure the on-board power voltage, current, and wattage. Precision sense resistors split the ADC devices and rails from the primary supply plane for the ADC to measure voltage and current. An I2C bus connects these ADC devices to the MAX V CPLD EPM2210 System Controller as well as the Arria 10 Soc FPGA.
