2.3. Wide Trace Metal-Defined Pad

The board is considered a wide trace metal defined (xWTMD) pad where "x" denotes the number of wide traces leading to a BGA pad. For example, "1WTMD" indicates one wide trace while "2WTMD" indicates two wide traces going to the BGA pad.
