5.3. PDN Design Guideline for Unused R-Tile
If R-tile is not used on your PCB design, all the R-tile power rails (ending with _GXR: VCC_HSSI_GXR, VCCH_GXR, VCCED_GXR, VCCRT_GXR, VCCE_DTS_GXR, VCCE_PLL_GXR, VCCHFUSE_GXR, and VCCCLK_GXR) can be connected to GND. You must disconnect them from the power tree. VCCH in the power tree must still be powered on using the recommended decoupling capacitors listed in this document.
