2.1.2. Power Tree
This section describes the recommended power tree for the Intel Agilex® 7 device family.
There are different types of Intel Agilex® 7 devices.
- Intel Agilex® 7 (AGF) devices that cover only the E-Tile and P-Tile in the package (refer to Figure 1).
- Intel Agilex® 7 (AGF) devices that cover only the F-Tile with only FGT (general-purpose transceivers) enabled (refer to Figure 2).
- Intel Agilex® 7 (AGI) devices that cover the R-Tile or F-Tile, or both (F-Tile has both FGT (general-purpose transceivers) enabled and FHT (high-speed transceivers) enabled (refer to Figure 2).
- Intel Agilex® 7 (AGM) devices1 that cover the R-Tile, F-Tile has both FGT (general-purpose transceivers) enabled and FHT (high-speed transceivers) enabled, and HBM (refer to Figure 3).
