3.5.1. Power Supplies Monitored by the POR Circuitry

The following power supplies are monitored by the Intel Agilex® 7 POR circuitry:
  • VCCL_SDM
  • VCCPT
  • VCCIO_SDM
  • VCCADC
  • VCC
  • VCCH_SDM
  • VCCL_HPS
  • VCCIO_PIO_SDM
  • VCCRCORE

The VCCL_SDM , VCCPT , and VCCIO_SDM gate the SDM POR.
