3.6.1. Power Supplies Monitored by the POR Circuitry

The following power supplies are monitored by the Agilex™ 7 POR circuitry:
  • VCCBAT 3
  • VCCL_SDM
  • VCCPT
  • VCCIO_SDM
  • VCCADC
  • VCC
  • VCCH_SDM
  • VCCL_HPS 4
  • VCCIO_PIO_SDM
  • VCCRCORE

The VCCL_SDM , VCCPT , and VCCIO_SDM gate the SDM POR.

3 VCCBAT does not gate device power-up.
4 VCCL_HPS only gates HPS power-up.
