Report Problems from Command Line
If the product crashes, you can use the amplxe-feedback command tool to package relevant information and send a report to the Intel Customer Support Team.
Basic Crash Report Process
Create a bug report package using the create-bug-report action and desired options.
Use the send-crash-report action to send the report to the Intel Customer Support Team.

Package the following into a bug report package: product log files, system information, crash reports for each running product process, and product installation details. |

Examples
This command generates a bug report package and stores it in a compressed file under the name you specify, such as 001bug.
amplxe-feedback -create-bug-report=001bug
This command creates a list of crash report filenames.
amplxe-feedback -list-crash-report
This command outputs system information so you can provide this information to support.
amplxe-feedback -report-system-info
This command forwards the specified bug report to the Intel Customer Support Team.
amplxe-feedback -send-bug-report=r0001b
