3.5.4. Configuration Changes from BIOS

Enable the following parameters from the BIOS:
  • VT-d (or AMD-V for AMD processors)

    Make sure the IOMMU is enabled on the host by using the following command:

    $ sudo dmesg | grep IOMMU

    DMAR: IOMMU enabled

Enable the following parameters in the BIOS if using SRIOV:
  • SRIOV Enable
  • ARI (Alternative Routing ID Interpretation)
