For Intel® MAX® 10 devices, there are three variations of the UniPHY IPs:

  • DDR2 SDRAM Controller with UniPHY Intel® FPGA IP
  • DDR3 SDRAM Controller with UniPHY Intel® FPGA IP
  • LPDDR2 SDRAM Controller with UniPHY Intel® FPGA IP
