This card supports an 8-bit eMMC Flash manufactured by Micron. The NAND Flash uses VFBGA-153 package.

The key features of the eMMC Flash are:
  • Micron MTFC8GAKAJCN-4M IT
  • Type: eMMC with 5.0-compliant (JESD84-B50)
  • Density: 8 GB
  • Data Width: 8-bit
  • Voltage: 3.3V VCC and 1.8V/3.3V VCCQ operation
  • Package: VFBGA-153
  • Operation Temperature: -40 C to +85 C
