Intel® Ethernet Controller I225-V Upload Speed Shows 1Mbps

The upload speed is really bad, while the download speed is up to 600Mbps the upload speed is 1Mbps.

• Update the drivers to the latest available version provided by the manufacturer
• Ensure that Energy Efficiency Ethernet settings on the driver and router side (if available) are disabled, by following the steps below:
  1. Open Device Manager.
  2. Double-click Network adapters.
  3. Right-click the network adapter you want, and then click Properties.
  4. On the Advanced tab, look for Energy Efficient Ethernet (EEE) option and make the appropriate changes you want.
• Change the following settings from the advanced menu in the controller properties
  1. Large Send Offload V2 (IPV4)
  2. TCP Checksum Offload (IPV6)
