Trying to Download a Specific Document, but It Gets Stuck in the Loading Page

Description

Unable to download any document in the RDC website due to a loading or looping issue.

Resolution

First, perform basic troubleshooting by clearing your cache and cookies. You can do this by pressing Ctrl-Shift-Delete, and making sure the Time Range is set to All time. Alternatively, you can try using an Incognito or Private browsing window.

If issue persists, contact Intel Customer Support and provide the following details:

  • Document Number
  • Document Name
  • The URL/link of the document
  • Full screenshot of the error message (if there is any)
