Description
After modifying the thermal design power (TDP) and the processor's event in the BIOS, the system still shows the CPU running at levels 0 and 1.
Resolution
Since this error happens on the BIOS, contact the Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) of the motherboard to report this issue and further troubleshoot.
