The screen locks automatically even though changing the dynamic lock, power, and sleep settings to never. It happens after 10-15 seconds of inactivity, whether the user is near the system or not, or not moving the cursor for a few seconds.
- Adjust the power and sleep settings in Windows.
- Turn off the Lock When Not Present in Intel® NUC Software Studio.
- Perform a Windows Update.
- Install the latest BIOS.
- Install the latest graphics driver from the Intel® NUC M15 Laptop Kits - LAPBC710 & LAPBC510 - Driver Pack.
- Uncheck the Allow Windows to automatically lock your device when you're away.
