Whom Should I Contact If I Have Concerns about the Intel® Retail Edge Program Trainings?

Description

  • Need to submit ticket for feedback or report an error encountered regarding one of the training course in Intel Retail Edge program website.
  • Some of the questions asked in the training course are not mentioned in the training itself.
  • The RSP completed the necessary trainings to unlock the quiz but the quiz did not unlock.
  • Completed the required trainings to earn drawing entry but it was not credited to the account.
  • The track that consists of several trainings cannot be completed for unknown reasons.
  • The training included in the track was retired, making it impossible to complete the track itself.

  • To report website issues, provide the link or a screenshot for reference.
  • To report training question issues, provide the title of the training course and the email address associated with the account used.
