Encountered black screen or no display problem with an AMD* CPU after updating the Intel® Graphics Driver.

Resolution

1. For AMD CPU users, make sure to disable SVM feature from BIOS settings:

  • To disable SVM feature, go to AdvancedSVM Mode, and click enable/disable AMD SVM.

2. If you need help navigating your BIOS settings, contact the motherboard manufacturer.
