3.2.3. Step 3: Generate Default Analysis Reports in Batch Mode

The Import Default Analysis Reports task is the only reporting task available for analyzing projects in batch mode. This mode uses the local connection to serialize the generation of a set of default reports across multiple projects or a group of projects. The list of available reports is fixed, and you cannot customize the arguments for each report.

To generate default reports in batch mode, follow these steps:

  1. On the Tasks list, click Import Default Analysis Reports under the Reports folder.

  2. In the Import Default Analysis Reports dialog box, specify whether to compile individual projects or a group, and which reports to analyze. Click OK.

  3. Depending on your settings, the chosen project compiles sequentially. You can monitor the progress in the Console that displays updates as the projects compile.
  4. To access all the merged reports, expand the Groups > Analysis Reports folder. To access individual report for each project, expand the respective folder under the Projects folder.

  5. Analyze the consolidated reports by using the Drag to split features to combine multiple reports in the Exploration Dashboard workspace. In some reports, selecting a row in the top table automatically populates the lower area of the report with further details about each path.
