After creating the workspace, follow these steps to configure the maximum connections:
- On the Tasks list, double-click Configure Compute Environment. Select the Adjust the job limit per compute specification type option in the Configure compute environment dialog box. Click OK.

- Adjust the Maximum local connections setting to a value of 1. This configuration specifies that only one simultaneous connection is allowed for a particular specification type. Setting the value to 0 permits an unlimited number of connections.
