3.3.5.3.2. Unable to Set Software Breakpoint

The Ashling* RiscFree* IDE for Altera® FPGAs setup breakpoints as software breakpoint by default. This behaviour applies to Set breakpoint at feature in Startup tab, stepping actions in Debug Bar and any user-added breakpoints. You must perform the following setups to switch from software breakpoint into hardware breakpoint.

Ashling* RiscFree* IDE for Altera® FPGAs automatically switched to hardware breakpoint when it identifies any breakpoint.
