2.2.6.4. Memory

In Memory view, you can observe and modify the memory used by your processes. A list of so-called memory monitors represents the process memory. Every monitor depicts a memory region identified by its base address. Each memory monitor supports a variety of predetermined data forms known as memory renderings. The debugger supports five rendering types: signed integer, unsigned integer, ASCII, and hexadecimal (default). The monitor creation automatically displays the default rendering.

Memory Monitors Shows the list of memory monitors that have been added to the debug session that is currently chosen in the Debug view.
Memory Renderings
  • Comprises the tabs that display renderings and are controlled by the selection in the Memory Monitors pane.
  • You can set it up to show two renderings simultaneously.
