3.3.3. Importing Nios® V Processor Project

Note: To run Visual Studio Code, use the Nios® V Command Shell to execute it.

To import Nios® V processor BSP and application project to Visual Studio Code, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Ashling icon to open the Ashling Sidebar.

  2. Under QUICK OPERATIONS, click Add Folder(s) to workspace and browse to the folder containing the CMake based Nios® V processor application project (<Project Directory>\software\app).
  3. Repeat the same steps to import CMake based Nios® V processor BSP project (<Project Directory>\software\bsp).
