VT_getdescription

const char *VT_getdescription( int type )

Description

Returns a pointer that describes certain aspects of the library that implements the Intel® Trace Analyzer and Collector API. This call can be used by code that is compatible with any library implementing the API, but nevertheless wants to identify the implementation.

Parameters

type to specify what kind of information is requested (VT_DESCRIPTION_LIB, ... )
