5.5.1. LVDS SERDES IP
LVDS SERDES IP is not migratable from AGI 022/027 to AGM 032/039.
LVDS SERDES IP in AGM 032/039 has a different channel assignment methodology than AGI 022/027. The LVDS SERDES IP must be regenerated in the AGM 032/039 design and the pin assignments re-mapped accordingly.
For AGM 032/039, you need to use the Quartus® Prime Interface Planner to place the channel bytes in the I/O lanes. Alternatively, you can use the .qsf file to assign the channel bytes to the I/O lanes.
