3.4.1.2. Dynamic Reconfiguration Group List
The DR Group pane populates after starting the GUI. At startup, any previously created DR Group assignments are loaded.
The Dynamic Reconfiguration (DR) Assignment Editor consists of the following rows in the pane: Groups, Combinations, and IP Instances.
The DR group pane shows DR groups as the top-level rows. The DR assignment editor tool uses these groups to generate the DR combinations.
Once the DR group is created, add the IP instances to the DR Group combination. Assign their relative offset and Reconfig ID manually in the DR Assignment Editor GUI. Ensure instance names are unique within a combination, but use the same names across different combinations to indicate the same profile is being placed in those combinations.
Ensure all IP instances in the DR group appear in at least one combination. The base combination is set as the Startup Combination for the group by default, but you can change this manually.
A combination holds IP instances, and you can move them by setting a relative offset. Add IP instances to a combination as shown in Figure 15, and move them as you would move combinations. Alternatively, drag and drop combinations and IP instances.
