12.2.6. MPFE Functional Description

The MPFE NOC is the main interconnect to route traffic to the IOBank. It accepts read/write requests from either the Fabric or HPS and routes them to the desired IOBank ports.

The MPFE NoC supports several modes of operation:
  • A single 16-bit SDRAM channel
  • A single 32-bit SDRAM channel
  • Dual 16-bit SDRAM channels using a single IOBank
