3. Getting Started

The IP is part of the Altera® IP Library, which is included with the Quartus® Prime software.

Altera provides a parameter editor that allows you to customize the IP to support a wide variety of applications. The parameter editor guides you through the setting of parameter values and selection of optional ports.

All information in this document refers to the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software, unless stated otherwise.
