4.7. Connecting the Control Interface

The optional control interface is a standard Avalon® memory-mapped interface used to access control and status registers.

If this interface is enabled, these signals should be connected to a control host directly or via interconnect logic, such as that generated by Platform Designer. The register map for this interface is in Appendix B - Registers.

If this interface is not enabled, the status registers in the MIPI DSI-2 IP are not available and CVO operation follows the fixed parameter configuration set in the Parameter Editor.
