The ila?lr routines scan a matrix A for its last non-zero row.
Input Parameters

INTEGER . Specifies number of rows in the matrix A .

INTEGER . Specifies number of columns in the matrix A .

REAL for ilaslr DOUBLE PRECISION for iladlr COMPLEX for ilaclr DOUBLE COMPLEX for idazlr Array, DIMENSION (lda, *) . The second dimension of a must be at least max(1, n) . Before entry the leading n -by- n part of the array a must contain the matrix A .
