You can implement Arm HPS in two stages: first, the hardware design, and then the software design:
- You can use the Altera Golden Hardware Reference Design (GHRD) to implement the hardware design
- The software design comprises two primary components: the Arm-Trusted-Firmware (ATF) bootloader and the related application development.
