Parameters:

*dev – device instance

**list – extended descriptor list

park_mode_en – park mode enabled or disabled

poll_en – polling enabled or disabled

last_desc_owned_by_sw – The sw/hw owned bit on the last descriptor

dcache_flush_desc_list – dcache flush operation on the descriptor list
Returns:

Return “0” on success.

“EBUSY” On prefetcher busy processing list already, it is up to user to stop prefetcher/dispatcher correctly before calling this function.

“ERROR” - if already busy will always return error.
Description: Function to start the prefetcher. Will return error if prefetcher already started.
