1.1.4. Licensing the IP

The Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software installation includes the GTS Dynamic Reconfiguration Controller IP in the Altera® FPGA IP library. This library provides many useful IP cores for your production use without the need for an additional license.
The Quartus® Prime software installs IP cores in the following default locations:
