3.1.1.2. HSIO Bank Count

If you are migrating from a device with fewer HSIO bank counts to a device with higher HSIO bank counts, you can reuse the same pin planning and location. Considerations must be taken when you are migrating from higher HSIO bank count devices to lesser HSIO bank count devices where you can only utilize the HSIO bank location of the device with lesser HSIO bank count.
