4.1.1.4. User Logic Modes
You can put the User Logic NIOS in suspend mode, where it remains inactive, by updating the local param passed into the User_logic_control_in port's USERLOGIC_MODE bits. When you do this, you must ensure that an external process correctly handles the User Logic flow.
