Intel Quote Request Training

Tips and Tricks

By default, the name on your quotes will display as the name given from your initial customer setup.

If you want to change your nickname, navigate to the User Preferences tab, and enter your desired display name in the Nickname field, and click Save.

By default, you will receive certain notifications from IQR when a Quote Letter is generated or when a Quote line is rejected.

To opt in or out of these notifications, click the User Preferences tab from anywhere in IQR, make your selection, and click Save.

By default, quote letters will be sent to the individual listed as the Primary Contact on the quote. If you wish to have additional parties in your company receive a copy of the quote letter, add their email address to the Additional Quote Letter Recipients field.

Note: “@Intel.com” email addresses will not be accepted as valid additional quote letter recipients.
