2.4.20. Occasional receiver error recorded in the Advanced Error Reporting (AER) register during speed change and power management procedures

Description

In the GTS AXI Streaming IP for PCIe, when you perform a speed change or power management procedure (entering L1 link state and then returning to L0 link state) at PCIe Gen4 speeds, in the worst case scenario, a receiver error could occur. In this case, you can safely ignore or clear the receiver error.
