2.4.18. Intermittent PCIe links failure caused by access to PCIe AXI4-Lite Status Register Responder interface

Description

In devices compiled with Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software versions 24.3.1 and later, PCIe links might fail with the LTSSM stuck at the 0x00h state and the TX PLL transceiver losing lock when any PCIe link on the same side of the device accesses the AXI4-Lite Status Register Responder interface to perform PCIe functions, such as accessing PCIe configuration space registers. This issue affects Mailbox operations reading temperature sensors simultaneously.
