3.2.3. Host CSR AXI-4 Lite Agent

The Host CSR AXI4 Lite Agent is responsible for the following operations:
  • Arbitrate between read & write requests received from the Processor Host (HPS/ Nios® V) to CSR.
  • Qualify the address region access targeted from read & write requests received.
  • Respond with subordinate error status for non-exist address region or write requests to read-only/reserved bits in the register.
