2.1.1.1.5. OTN

The OTN (Optical Transport Network) mode6 in the GTS PMA/FEC Direct PHY Intel FPGA IP enables high-speed transmission with optional FEC and PCS over optical media.

6 The OTN mode support is preliminary, and the current release of the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software does not support this feature for hardware testing.
