3.9.2. Multilane RX Simplex Implementation

The GTS PMA/FEC Direct PHY Intel® FPGA IP does not support RX bonding. When you select the RX Simplex setting for the PMA mode parameter, the Number of PMA lanes selection is limited to 1.

If your design needs multiple lanes of the RX simplex mode, you must set PMA mode to RX Simplex and you must instantiate the generated IP multiple times as shown in the following figure for four lanes.
