A startup profile is a profile with which you want the reconfiguration group to start with in either simulation or hardware. The startup profile can be the base profile, secondary profile, or a secondary profile group.
For example, in the 100GE-4 Reconfigurable group, the startup profile can be set to 1x100GE-4, 4x25GE-1, 2x50GE-2, or 1x100G-2 rate.
