1.1. System Requirements

Intel® Advanced Link Analyzer has the following minimum system requirements:

  • Microsoft Windows 7/8.1/10/11, Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019
  • 4 GB RAM
  • 8 GB storage space
  • Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8

Intel® Advanced Link Analyzer requires the Quartus® Prime Pro or Standard Edition software license to perform simulations, design channels, and view channel characteristics. Contact My Intel® support if you have questions regarding accessing the Quartus® Prime Pro or Standard Edition software license. The Intel® Advanced Link Analyzer works independently without the Quartus® Prime software (except for the licensing check). Thus, you need not install the Quartus® Prime software for installing or using the Intel® Advanced Link Analyzer software.

Starting with the Quartus® Prime software version 21.1 release, the Intel® Advanced Link Analyzer utilizes the Intel® Math Kernel Library (MKL), which improves simulation and analysis performance. The Intel® Advanced Link Analyzer installer includes all required MKL run-time library files, so you do not need to install Intel MKL separately on your system.

Starting with the Intel® Advanced Link Analyzer 24.1 release, high DPI monitors are supported. Upon starting, the Intel® Advanced Link Analyzer detects your monitor configurations and scales the interface accordingly.

Note: Intel® Advanced Link Analyzer (was called JNEye) 15.0 and older versions require a Quartus II subscription license to perform simulations, design channels, and view channel characteristics.
