1.1. TLP Corruption in x2 Mode

TLP packets are observed to be randomly corrupted in the application logic for Cyclone® V devices in x2 mode. This issue can be caught in hardware testing, but not in simulations.

Workaround

There is no workaround. Hence, x2 mode has been removed from the IP Parameter Editor starting from the Intel® Quartus® Prime Standard Edition v23.1.

Status

Affects: All Cyclone® V devices.

There is no planned fix for this issue.
