2.1. Powering the Kit

You can apply power the MAX® 10 FPGA 10M08S Evaluation Kit by plugging in the USB cable (J1) to your PC or wall jack. When powered correctly, a pre-programmed design blinks LEDs D1 through D5 ON half a second then OFF half a second.
