4.4. Intel® Simics® Simulator for Intel® FPGAs Support

Get support for Intel® Simics® Simulator for Intel® FPGAs through Intel Premier Support (IPS). Through IPS, you can open support cases for any of the following items:

  • Request help to exercise any supported functionality.
  • Report any problem with the Intel® Simics® simulator, Intel® Simics® interactions with Ashling* RiscFree* IDE for Intel® FPGAs, an Intel FPGA device Intel® Simics® model, or an Intel FPGA device virtual platform.
  • Feature requests.

When you report a problem to IPS, provide the following information:

  • The version of Intel® Simics® Simulator for Intel® FPGAs that you have installed. For instructions on determining your software version, refer to Version of the Intel Simics Simulator for Intel FPGAs Software.
  • Steps to reproduce the problem including any customization done in any of the files that are part of the default installation.
  • If possible, a tarball of your entire Intel® Simics® project directory, including any scripts and software binaries.
