AI Roleplaying | Ages 14 - 19 | Language
This activity will help learners how to blend their own creative writing skills with artificial intelligence. Learners will be introduced to the AI Dungeon Program during the activity and learn how to create an interesting story. At the end of this activity, learners will have developed an understanding of artificial intelligence and how it can be used in Language Arts classes
Better Sensing... | Ages 10 - 14 | Social Studies
This activity is centered around helping people who are visually or hearing impaired. The goal is to create an app on mobile devices that makes their lives easier. The activity then focuses on using the program Thunkable to find mobile apps that address the issues in the case studies. This is a great activity that teaches real-world problem solving and empathy
Catapult Toss | Ages 5 - 10 | Physics
This activity will help learners to be able to compare the use of force and motion through a simulated 3D catapult test. At the end of the activity, learners will demonstrate a better understanding of how force and motion are fundamental physics concepts used in engineering.
What is Intel® SFI Professional Development
Intel’s SFI Professional Development empowers educators as they assume their roles from adapters of technology to mentors of upgraded mindsets. The SFI Professional Development suite, consisting of four levels, equips educators with the necessary skills to adapt technology in an anywhere learning environment and create technology-infused learning experiences that build future-ready skills in learners.
The Professional Development Suite consists of 80+ hours of e-learning and in-person workshops which train educators to:
