The STATISTICS information provides additional information regarding subsequent alarms, in particular counting the number of occurrences of specific events or alarms (CPU resets, ENABLE commands and generated alarms).
Configuration Interface | Description |
---|---|
ERRCTRL_FNGISTAT0 | Bit[19:16] = Comparator Self-Diagnostic alarms counter (ALARM2) Bit[3:0] = Comparator mismatch alarm counter (ALARM1). |
ERRCTRL_FNGISTAT4 | Four statistics counters to count number of ALARM16 and ALARM19 that have occurred, as well as to count the number of CPU Resets and received ENABLE commands. |
