4.4.12. Alarm Routing Configuration register - ERRCTRL_ROUTA and ERRCTRL_ROUTB

Use the following registers to configure the alarms’ severity.

  • Use ROUTA to set the severity of the Alarms from 0 to 11 inclusive. Each couple of bits sets the severity for a single alarm: ROUTA[1:0] for ALARM0, ROUTA[3:2] for ALARM1 etc.
  • Use ROUTB to set the severity of the Alarms from 12 to 23 inclusive. Each couple of bits sets the severity for a single alarm: ROUTB[1:0] for ALARM12, ROUTB[3:2] for ALARM13 etc.

Coded as follows:

  • 2’b00: Routed to ERROR
  • 2’b01: Reserved, but routed to ERROR
  • 2’b10: Routed to WARNING
  • 2’b11: Routed to INFO
