6.12.5.1. Full Connectivity Type

You can specify the Full Connectivity type in which all transmitter interfaces are connected to all receiver interfaces in the system. These connections are made automatically by the IP.

The following are the Full Connectivity implementation types:

  • For designs where the number of transmitter interfaces if greater than four, and the number of receiver interfaces is less than four:
    • Interconnect uses only basic 4x4 crossbar unit for implementation.
    • TDEST width is two bits.
  • In all other cases, interconnect uses the full 16x16 crossbar.
