Creates and empty graph matrix.

Description

The mkl_graph_matrix_create routine creates an empty graph matrix (allocates internal structure and initializes internal data with default values).

NOTE:

A graph matrix must be created by calling mkl_graph_matrix_create prior to any usage in other graph routines.

An empty graph matrix.

Return Values

The function returns a value indicating whether the operation was successful or not and why. Refer to Graph API Glossary for a list of possible options.
