How to resolve general LED lighting issues on Intel Arc A770 Limited Edition cards using Intel® Arc™ RGB Controller.

Description
  • Intel® Arc™ RGB Controller doesn't detect the graphics card
  • The RGB light bar or fan LEDs do not light up 
Resolution
  • Uninstall and reinstall the Intel Arc RGB Controller software.
    • To uninstall:
      1. Press the Windows key.
      2. Click on settings.
      3. Select Apps and then select Apps & features.
      4. Search for Intel® Arc™ RGB Controller.
      5. Click on it and select the option to uninstall.
    • To reinstall:
      1. Visit the Intel® Arc™ RGB Controller page.
      2. Download and Install the .exe file.
  • Update the Intel Arc Graphics driver.
  • Check that the USB cable is well seated to the graphics card and motherboard.
  • Unplug and replug the RGB cable to different USB headers on the motherboard.
  • Check all USB headers are enabled in the BIOS.
  • Check that the GPU is an Intel Arc A770 Limited Edition card.
    • Only Intel Arc A770 Limited Edition cards are supported with the Intel Arc RGB Controller software.
  • Try a different PCIe slot for the Intel Arc A770 Limited Edition card on the motherboard.
  • Replace the USB cable with a third party USB cable.
  • Clear the CMOS on the motherboard.
